Legal advice starting at XCG. 120, – excl. OB
We strive to offer you professional, but above all affordable, tailor-made legal aid for a competitive price. We believe that good legal advice is only really good if it is also affordable advice. For this reason, a first consultation, first telephone conversation and first email advice is completely without obligation and free of charge. We try to handle as much as possible online and by telephone. This allows us to keep our costs low and this is reflected in our price.
Service rate

As a main rule we use an hourly rate of XCG. 120, – (excl. 6% OB). This rate applies to both business and private customers. The starting rate is XCG. 120, -. After that, you will be charged per unit of 15 minutes. For clearly defined assignments, it is also possible to agree on a fixed fee. For example, if a contract has to be drawn up or checked.

For issues with an international dimension, we charge an hourly rate of XCG. 195, – excl. VAT. The starting rate is XCG. 195, -. For international aspects, think of private international law (IPR matters) or the editing or screening of agreements in a foreign language, such as Papiamentu, Spanish or English.

Prepaid credit card
It is also possible to work with a prepaid credit card where you purchase hours in advance with a discount. Based on our social responsibility, we grant starting entrepreneurs in the innovative and creative sector a discount of 15% on the hourly rate. We do not charge surcharges such as administrative costs for keeping your file up to date. So there is a starter discount and no office costs.
In principle, we charge an advance of a maximum of 50% for all assignments. The assignment will be confirmed in writing or by email. The assignment shall state at least a brief description of the assignment and the amount of the required advance.
Payment

Payment of the hourly rate must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. The additional costs will be charged immediately and must be paid within 7 days.
Making sound and sound financial agreements with you as a client is of great importance to you and to us. We find it important that the costs are and remain clear and transparent for you, and we strive to keep the costs as low as possible.

Extra cost

Sometimes you have to take extra costs into account, other than for our legal services. You can think of fixed costs to third parties, for example court fees, legal costs or costs for extracts from registers and travel costs. We will inform you about this in advance so that you always know where you stand. No other additional costs (such as office costs, for example) will be charged. We strive to keep the costs as low as possible.
